Osteopathy

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a holistic, manual therapy approach that addresses issues relating to the whole body, such as muscles, bones, joints and all other tissues including your organs and nervous system.

Osteopaths don’t just focus on the site of pain, they also address the areas in the body where the problem might have started.

We combine osteopathic manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation with our clients to help them create faster improvements in their posture, movement and stability so that they can achieve effective, life-long, transformative results.

Our osteopaths can address a wide range of presentations & client goals.
These include, but are not limited to:

  • Neck, jaw, shoulder, back, rib, hip, pelvis, knee, ankle and/or foot pain;
  • Muscle strains;
  • Overuse injuries;
  • Ankle sprains;
  • Breathing dysfunctions;
  • Headaches;
  • Scoliosis;
  • Nervous system regulation;
  • Improve posture & alignment;

  • Increase strength, power & speed; and
  • Enhance athletic performance
